Responsibility for Rcu Officer
- Verification of the home loan papers, checking customer CIBIL record, disbursing special segments for home loan purposes.
- Verification of customer loan application with KYC, ITR, Banking and other doc.
- To check all types of fraud. Background Check — Company and Customer Due Diligence.
- Prepare RCU reports and co-ordinate with all Backend Team, Credit & Sales team.
- All of the Documents are screened according to the triggers and parameters set by the company.
- Daily Update RCU Status in system.
- Daily maintenance & updating of MIS for the same
Eligibility Criteria for Rcu Officer
- Going to be able to verify documentation connected with clients and inspection field investigations when products are done.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and report-writing abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Office and computer applications.
