Role & Responsibilities For Commercial Credit Underwriting
- I manage client portfolios and supervise credit rating assignments, as well as perform financial analysis and credit assessment hygiene checks.
- I write credit reports and Credit Assessment Memos (CAMs), including counterparty assessments, rating justification and credit risk analysis, as well as financial analysis and peer analysis, and provide an industry outlook and credit risk assessment and rating.
- I build and run financial models, including cash flow modeling with scenario testing. I construct financial forecasts for a period of five to seven years in the expected, management, and downside cases.
- I create and assess valuation models in order to appraise the enterprise value of a company, including the total value of debt and equity.
Eligibility Criteria
- Understand financial statement and ratio analyses.
