- Customer Support: Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via web chat platforms, ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
- Technical Assistance: Assist customers with technical issues, troubleshooting problems with websites, products, or services, and guiding them through resolution steps.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services, including features, pricing, and specifications, to effectively address customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining professionalism, attention to detail, and adherence to response time targets.
