- Develops and manages collaborations with departments, researchers, and programs, as well as external resources like industry leaders and professional organizations, to enhance expertise and resources.
- Conducts research, compiles data, and prepares analysis, documents, and reports to support specialized focus areas.
- Supervises Program Leaders by planning, assigning, and scheduling work, ensuring quality standards, training staff, and overseeing productivity.

- Masters in any specialization (preferred).
