Responsibilities for Voice Process
- Professionally make and accept inbound and outbound international customer calls.
- Be truthful in information and effective in solving the customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality is maintained on a high level.
- Adhere to communication scripts and company rules when talking to people.
- write notes on customer communication and refresh CRM systems on a regular basis.
- Achieve daily/weekly goals such as time taken to handle calls and rate of resolving issues.

- Make sure that there is clear and fluent communication in English with international clients.
- Follow the organizational policies, processes and compliance levels.
- Rotating shifts, with night shifts where necessary.
