- Oversee 24/7 MSSP SOC operations for multiple clients.
- Control incident detection as well as investigation and escalation processes.
- Manage SOC EDRs, SOAR, threat intel, log management, and SIEM tools.
- Enhance response time through automation (SOAR) driving processes.
SOC Ops L2 / SIEM, QRadar – Gurgaon (Exp: 4–8 yrs)
- Investigate reported incidents, ensure RCA processes are completed, monitor SLA adherence.
- Select and apply pertinent SIEM rules, use-cases to reduce false positives.
- Recommend and implement creation of detection playbooks.
- Evaluate alerts and improve detection algorithms.
LogRhythm / Incident Response – Gurgaon & Hyderabad (Exp: 2–4 yrs)
- Proactive log monitoring and analysis of threats.
- Oversee the escalation and resolution of incidents.
- Administering the LogRhythm platform and tuning the requisite tools.
- Incorporate intelligence on the threats.
