Responsibility for Process Associate
- Quality review for end-to-end RCM process. Especially Denial management and AR follow up audits
- Communicates with leadership for training when a knowledge gap is identified
- Acts upon leadership feedback of issues identified and develops action plan for solutions
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders with RCA findings and trends in process gaps and prepare suggestions basis CAPA to improve processes
- Supports QA solutions that serve the needs of operations in understanding review results and actions taken to resolve gaps in the process
- Acts as a resource to others on the team and department
- Utilizes critical thinking skills to solve for issues
- Performs Quality reviews to validate process accuracy and input findings into EQT
Responsibility for Customer Service Representative
- Get chat preferences among the customers that have inquiries regarding their health benefits on daily basis.
- Halt secure email queries.
- Provide personality and our tools to guide customers on health care benefits they have.
- Chat and communicate online using conversational style in a manner which encourages conversation and builds rapport. Associate should not use bad grammar, misstatements or long explanation. Associate should possess the skill of knowing when to use the dos and dons of online communication, which is a requirement of online writing.
- Type fairly fast, 30-35 words per minute (WPM).
- Deliver product information, apply use service engagement skills and effectively utilize service resources.
- Comfort and knowledge of technology: Associate should be technologically savvy in the use of the Associate Workspace, additional technology and, automation tools.
