Key Responsibilities for Relationship Manager
- Following all guidelines / policies as set by Rupeek – KYC compliance, and the highest ethical standards. Authenticate Customers KYC & finish online registration.
- The 100% right valuation – capturing right cartage, proper stone deduction, avoid/prevent spurious/unacceptable ornaments
- Liaise with the Manager and stakeholder for the sanction of loan.
- Answering all customer queries during stakeholder processing.
- Do remember to Add New Customers and Take Care of Existing Customers in terms of Renewal & Referral Business
- Work on increasing the visibility of Rupeek Gold Loan through business development activities in the catchment area along with leads generation of potential customers.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate with 1-2 years of experience in Gold Appraisal, Valuation, Checking and Handling.
- Upto 30 years of age
- Excellent communication skills in the local language and elementary English
- 2 wheeler and Driving License is mandatory
