Job description for Chat Process
- Advise on the nature of products, services and company policies.
- Resolution of customer issues and escalation of complex cases to the concerned team wherever necessary.
- Deliver a top notch support and keep customer satisfaction high
- Simultaneously run number of chat conversations whilst remaining accurate.
- Log customer interactions and detail notes in the CRM.
- Have guidelines set by the company, quality standards for it, data security policy.
- Hit the daily productivity, response time and customer satisfaction targets.
- Worked with peers and supervisors on how to improve customer experience.
- To carry out the work in rotational shifts and as per schedule including weekends and public holidays, if required.
- 6 Day Work Week
- Hours 09 hrs login (08 hrs productive + 01 hr break)
