Ideagen off Campus Recruitment 2023 – Roles & Responsibilities for Renewals and Sales Invoicing Team Leader
- Manage a team of specialists responsible for processing contractual renewals and sales invoicing (both new business and renewals) function.
- Ensure that customer invoices are accurate and issued on time.
- Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to ensure accurate invoicing and renewal processing.
- Monitor and analyze renewals and invoicing performance and workflows to ensure all SLAs are achieved.
- Monitor and prepare reports on renewals and invoicing performance for senior management.
- Identify improvements to systems and process to ensure maximum efficiency and a continued improvement mindset across the team.
- Ensure compliance with local tax and legal regulations related to renewals and invoicing.
- Provide support to the finance team as required.
