Roles & Responsibilities For Accounts Senior Associate
- Accountable for the delivery of multiple finance and accounting processes. One such processes are Payments and Disbursements and so on!
- A/R and A/P management
- General ledger and sub-ledger accounting
- Annual Financial Statement
- Assistance in preparing trackers, issue logs and MIS
- Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Accounting and provide reports to clients or stakeholders.
- Statutory accounting and audit support
- Timely escalation of issues to leader / Senior
- Follow request of delivery service with respect to 100% Client SLA as per agreed.
Eligibility Criteria For Accounts Senior Associate
- Excellent with written and spoken English.
- Effective communication, Presentation skill & Customer Centric.
- Open for KPO/BPO background candidates Preferred
- Senior Associate: 3-6 yrs of experience Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA
- Assistant Manager: Inter CA/Post Graduate/MBA with 3-6 Years experience.
- Position : Manager (1-2 years in leading and managing team) CA with 4- 6.
- Knowledge of IFRS will be an added advantage
