What You’ll Do

  • Effectively and swiftly resolve all issues presented by clients.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all customer contacts.
  • Follow the required standards of quality and the guidelines of the company.
  • Consistent, effective participation of all required inbound and outbound communication.
  • Actively participate and provide support to your peers and those you supervise.
  • Achieve the set goals and objectives on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Be willing to adapt based on the diverse encounters with the customers and provide the highest degree of support.
  • Have customers express satisfaction by giving feedback that reflects a high degree of satisfaction.
  • Effectively utilize all Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and relevant systems with a basic level of proficiency.

Eligibility for Virtual Drive

  • Graduation in any stream (Bachelor’s degree required).
  • Freshers and applicants with an experience of maximum 5 years may apply
  • Good communication in English and Hindi is required.
  • Candidates with the basic understanding and knowledge of E-commerce would be preferred.
  • Candidates should be able to manage queries through calls and emails.
  • Knowledge of customer service and escalation handling would be an added advantage.
