What would you do?
- Respond to general customer queries, complaints and escalated requests via email, chat, and web-based support channels.
- Make sure the resolution happens at fast speed to keep a good customer experience.
- All incidents and service requests should be recorded, diagnosed, troubleshooting & resolve within the defined support scope
- Create incidents for other team if needed
- Help in tracking and resolution of faults, tickets and complaints as per SLA (Service Level Agreement)

- Keep the records of customer conversation and addressed issues.
- Help in resolving routine problems by following standard operating procedures and support guidelines.
