What Would You Do as a Packaged App Development Associate at Accenture?

Responsibilities You will create, improve, and maintain applications based on your understanding of business requirements. You will also develop an understanding of performance impacting factors to support software. You will be responsible for learning new trends in technology and utilizing them to develop and integrate existing systems with new features. Your role will also involve direct participation in incidents and providing customer service during phone calls, emails, chats, and/or remote support.

Eligibility Criteria for Accenture PADA

• Eligible candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech), MCA, MSc in (CS/IT/Computer Applications/Data Science/Computer Science & Applications) completed in or before 2024.
• Candidates should also have no live backlogs during applications and signings.
• The prospective candidates also should have less than 23 months of work experience (post qualification).
• Candidates, who have appeared for Accenture Hiring process in the last 3 months, are also not eligible.
• There should not be any academic gaps for eligible candidates. For example, for a 4-year B.Tech course, the candidates should have completed the course in a maximum of 4 years.

Selection Process for Accenture Freshers Hiring

If you meet the eligibility criteria, you’ll receive an email invitation to participate in the online assessment process, which consists of three main stages. Each stage must be completed within the given timeline.

Stage 1: Mock Assessment

The process kicks off with a 20-minute mock/practice assessment. This step is mandatory to ensure your hardware, software, and internet connection are ready for the actual assessments. It also gives you a chance to familiarize yourself with the test format.

Stage 2: Cognitive and Technical Assessment

The second stage is a 90-minute assessment featuring 50 questions covering both cognitive and technical skills:

Cognitive Skills: English ability, critical thinking, problem-solving, and abstract reasoning.
Technical Skills: Common applications and MS Office, pseudocode, networking, security, and cloud fundamentals.
Once you complete this stage, your results will be available in 5–10 minutes. You must stay seated and wait for the results. If you pass, you’ll immediately proceed to the coding assessment.

Note: To move to the next stage, you must meet the minimum cutoff score for each section. Failing to clear this stage or skipping it will result in your candidature being discontinued.

Stage 3: Coding Assessment
