Role & Responsibilities for customer support -International Voice Process
- International Client Call Handling–Responds to all clients efficiently in a profession manner.
- Answer Customer Queries, Complaints or Service relating issue on Phone.
- Include truthful information about products, services and company policies.
- Ensure that there is no compulsion on the customers and talk to them in a clear and polite way.
- Empathize with the customer and provide relevant solutions.
