Key Responsibilities as a Project Management Intern
- Help facilitate continued projects and transitions by collecting and tracking data and coordinating.
- Follow simple tracker milestones, actions, risks, and dependencies.
- Encourage knowledge transfer (KT) tracking, preparations reviews, and transition checklists.
- Provide assistance in go-live and stabilization documentation.
- Modify standard PMO governance templates (action logs, RAID logs, status trackers).
- Assist with the preparation of simple status summaries and dashboards.
- Help to prepare presentation material on leadership and governance forums.
