Responsibilities for Each Role
Customer Services Intern
- Provides support to MOC / Defect Cell with documents such as work orders as described in various company documents as per instructions by shift MOC. Assist in follow up of all discrepancies reported on the MOC / Defect Cell.
- Assist with Reliability Data Collection, Coherency & Quality Checks and data analysis Maintenance Manual Review and Compliance. Multi ATA technical support for aircraft airframe and avionics systems, powerplant & structures.
- Assist Planning Engineer in preparation of work orders and Work package Orders for Planning. Support Planning engineer in managing Planning Workflow.
- Assist Planning Engineer in management of Technical Records workflow.
- Assist in dashboard/KPI for Planning & Technical Records Domain.
Technical Data Support & Services Intern
- Preparation and maintenance of Technical Data Authoring work of Maintenance and Engineering Manuals (AMM/IPC/TSM..) to meet specifications and quality compliance contractual requirements, configuration management regulations and accepted schedules.
- Assist in every-day Operations support of Fleet Management operations, to ensure that Maintenance and Flight Operations Technical Data manuals are provided to Customers (MRO, Airlines, Lessors….) in accordance with AIRBUS contractual obligations, Customer fleet and aircraft configuration.
- The jobholder is instrumental when it comes to ongoing enhancements regarding Technical Data procedures and tools, as well as transnational standardization of the ways of working. Innovate and introduce the process improvements in the technical data perimeter. Deliver end-to-end and effective customer support and support to all users of the Maintenance, Material deliverables.
