The ideal candidate will have excellent understanding in accounting principles, financial reporting, budget and reconciliations as well as advanced experience using Accounting Software and ERP .It also needs someone who is detail oriented, can think analytically under the gun and can juggle a dozen things at once – time management skills are especially important for this role. The SR Executive provide in addition will be instrumental to support accurate financial record keeping, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and support audit checks and compliance demands. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams are also essential, since this position interfaces with vendors, internal organizational units and high-level company executives. The role provides a fantastic opportunity to develop in the finance & accounts field, exposure to tactical financial planning, process improvement and contribute toward the overall efficiency of operations of fast growing retail business.
