Bank of America Team Member – Key Responsibilities
- Adherence to timelines for processing customer requests/claims/chargebacks
- Allocate time to review and investigate fraud alerts, questionable transactions and customer disputes.
- Analysis of customer accounts and transaction details to identify potential fraudulent activity
- Evaluate customer claims levels and resolution based on bank policies and procedures
- Record investigations, results, and explanations accurately for auditing and compliance purposes.
- Take Part to Help to Stop Fraud From Occurring (to customers and the bank)
- Enable high levels of productivity, quality, and a measure of decision making to hit operational targets.
- Multi-task in various operational queues and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- The business defines Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Comply with regulatory banking requirements, risk controls, and internal policy.
