Job description For Store Incharge
- Oversee all store operations, including receiving, inventory, outbound, and returns.
- Manage a team of 150-200 store staff and 50-100 delivery drivers, including training and assigning tasks.
- Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service and experience.
- Make sure the team follows service level agreements (SLAs) and store performance metrics.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP), checklists, and maintain required records.
- Ensure quality standards are met as per company guidelines.
