Roles and Responsibilities for Graduate Trainee at Gradiant
- Help with processing GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) for materials and services in SAP S/4HANA for big projects (training will be given).
- Understand how to match Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes, and Invoices correctly.
- Fix any mistakes between the Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes, and Invoices and work with others to solve them.
- Help talk to German-speaking clients and vendors by email, phone, and reports.
- Translate finance papers from German to English and back when needed.
- Work with the Procurement, Project, Accounts Payable, and Finance teams to answer questions about GRNs.
- Help talk to German-speaking people to fix problems with GRNs, invoices, and payments.
- Translate and check procurement papers from German to English and back.
- Learn and use important words about procurement, supply chain, accounts payable, and finance in both German and English.
