• Must have knowledge and comply with all pertinent company policies, procedures and safety rules.
• Help out senior staff in their day to day activities and various projects
• Graduate from assigned training, classes, or apprenticeship programs within schedule
• Observe and acquire your industry skills and best practices of your job.
• ONLY PERFORM limited work duties under monitoring and observation
• Maintain proper records, reports and documentation as necessary.
• Be able to talk with co-workers and managers effectively
• Show the desire to learn, grow skills and take feedback.
• Help team meet time and performance goals

Roles & Responsibilities For Lead Analyst

• Making sure that the team complies with best practices and coding standards.
  Client Communication:
  Be the primary conduit of contact with the clients as to the project progress, issues and deliverables.
• Direction and guidance of staff in the technical aspect.
• Control client expectations and make sure that the customers are satisfied.
  Individual Contribution:
  A. Code, debug, maintain COBOL, JCL, VSAM and CICS mainframe programs.
• Have regular status meetings and provide brief and concise reports to clients.
• Good knowledge in DB2, SAS, REXX.
• Code reviews and debugging: to guarantee the quality and performance of applications.
