Responsibilities
- Help in the issuance of badges and coordinate with employees for access-related activities.
- Cleaning of reception area, conference rooms, café and other shared office spaces to keep a clean and professional business environment.
- Answer employee and client questions, assist with workplace issues
- Built-in facilities management system for Housekeeping, Maintenance & Other building services – Create & manage Work Orders.
- Assist in maintaining common area equipment for smooth day to day operations.
- Help coordinate event logistics, including guest transportation, signage, graphics set up and print requirements & security of the event
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to contribute towards office operations
- Support Facilities and Admin Activities to enhancing the overall employee workplace experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Completed 3-year Non-Engineering degrees (B.Com, BBA, BA, BBM, BHM etc.)
- You must have graduated in 2025/2026 and should have Provisional Degree Certificate.
- Must be available for a period of 12 months starting Sept 2026
- Basic Knowledge of MS office tools
- Good communication skills, passion & desire to learn, “Can do” attitude, proactive engagement, solutions seeking & a team player.
- Must have enrolled as a “student” on https://nats.education.gov.in/ and have a valid student enrolment number issued by NATS.
