- Full-cycle recruitment for multiple business units in the US other than IT.
- Build Sourcing Strategies without Understanding of the job requirement and tampers an hiring manager expectations.
- Source candidates using job boards (Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster etc), LinkedIn and from internal databases or referrals
- Conduct screening and evaluate candidates for job description, experience, culture fit.
