Roles & Responsibilities For Customer Support Voice

• Manage inbound and outbound calls from our customers
• Apple could even open the customer support operation to weather-related queries, complaints and requests
• Geographical Data: Provide exact information about goods, services as well as account details
• Solve Problems or Send Complicated Cases Towards the Right Team
• Be polite, calm and customer-oriented;
• Record all customer interactions and update records in the system (CRMs)
• Adhere to company scripts, policies and quality standards
• Keep SLA matrices such as call handling time, CSAT, and resolution rate
• Provide basic customer problem-solving and curse step-by-step resolutions
• Work according to customer satisfaction and work for the relations with customers

Eligibility Criteria

• Must have good communication skills English (Some roles may require Hindi/regional language as well).
• Computer and MS Office : Basic understanding of computer and MS office
• Skills for professional voice handling of customer calls
• Readiness to work in rotational shifts including night shift
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Keyboard transfer speed ( not common in any organization but preferable )
• Customer-friendly attitude and patience
• Should have BPO/call center experience
