Roles & Responsibilities For Degree Success Manager :
- Collaborate closely with marketing, enrollment, product and support to facilitate being the face of all university partners’ day-to-day degree programs requests.
- Work cross-functionally with teams at Coursera to strategically build out program specific marketing and recruitment strategies/plans that are in line with partner IP objectives and Coursera best practices.
- Monitor and analyze funnel metrics to identify trends, risks or opportunities.
- Work in close collaboration with Enrollment to generate and optimize the delivery of high-quality leads and follow-up schedules that translate into maximum conversion yield.
- Collaborate with the Degrees Growth Marketing team to plan and refresh content for degree program pages, the schedule of webinars, email nurtures and other promotional outreach.
- Lead, plan and execute quarterly recruitment reviews and degree QBRs – packaging data, insights and recommendations as input to partner conversations.
- Support and monitor partner asks, Escalations, deliverables – managing proactively addressed with comms as necessary.
- Establish trust with our partner stakeholders in a transparent, helpful and win-win manner.
