Key Responsibilities for Executive
- Aid forensic investigations involving monetary misconduct, frauds, embezzlements, thefts and corruptions of workers
- Examine financial statements, accounting records, bank statements invoices, and transactional data to identify anomalies and suspicious activities.
- Assist with fraud risk assessment and internal control review
- Conduct data analytics and reconciliation activities to identify anomalies or trends.
- AMESPACEAssist in preparation of investigation reports, findings and management presentations
- Financial analyst and documenter for litigation, arbitration, and regulatory response engagements
- Research preliminary background and provide a supporting documentation such as financial and public records.
- Support to compliance reviews of anti-fraud, anti-bribery and other corporate governance frameworks.
- Safeguard sensitive client information.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams like cybersecurity, digital forensic experts as needed.
Key Skills required
- CA /Legal/MBA(finance) freshers
- Good understanding of business processes and controls
- Should have relevant prior experience in Statutory Audit / Internal Audit. Prior Forensic experience or a professional qualification in fraud examination would be an added advantage
- Should have strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written English) skills
- Excellent academic track record
- Strong report writing and reviewing skills, with an appropriate focus on attention to detail, conciseness and risk management
