Responsibilities For Jr. Trainee
- Complete premium processing allocated in a timely manner and as accurately as possible;
- Forward query to Senior Technicians if it cannot be resolved themselves
- Provide and receive feedback as well as personal development
- Assist in meeting the services SLAs & KPIs
- Personally, and with support of all company compliance policy, risk management and audit requirements.
- Successfully complete personal training and assessment exercises, as directed by the Compliance and Training Departments
Eligibility For Jr. Trainee
- Under Graduates & Graduates (10+2+3), Preferred B.Com,BBM,BBA,BCA
- Should be able to type at a speed of 30 WPM with an accuracy of 95% (as per typing test software)
- Professional and polite in dealings with clients, staff
- Actually fair basic MS Word and MS Excel skills
- Have strong interpersonal, good communication (write & speak), skills to comprehend and action written customer requests
- Willingness to handle Back-Office Operations
- Must achieve targeted goals Per day and available for over work
