Roles & Responsibilities For Sales Coordinator (International Markets)

  • Manages and aids selling activities Internationally throughout assigned global markets.
  • Serve as a bridge for overseas customers, sales departments & distributors and domestic departments.
  • Monitor and track international orders from confirmation to delivery, ensuring all timelines are met.
  • Quote and process export sales paperwork including quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.
  • Liaise with logistics, shipping and freight forwarders on export shipments, documents.
  • Help the international sales department to hit their monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Keep fast and accurate records of sales, customer databases, and purchase orders.
  • Address international customer inquiries pertaining to pricing, product availability, delivery times and order status.
