Key Responsibilities of an Human Capital Management
- Stakeholder Support: Aid senior team members in working with stakeholders (Regional HCM Heads, Divisional Heads, Chiefs of Staffs, Executive Office) to provide data-driven solutions.
- DataAnalysis: Analyzing the HCM data related to any talent processes (e.g., performance ratings, promotions, talent reviews, compensation) in order to uncover trends, patterns and anomalies across data.
- Reporting & Visualization: Assist in developing proper visualization, reporting, and presentation of insights to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Lifecycle Support — Reporting data and supporting analytics across the employee lifecycle – hired, onboarding, exit interview
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HCM teams, the Executive Office and Real Estate to keep tools grounded in data that optimize talent outcomes, capacity planning and resource allocation.
- Dashboard Upkeep: Ensure the day-to-day maintenance, data validation, and improvement of HCM reporting dashboards & tools.
- Assist with coordinating headcount data and projections in support of capacity planning, location strategy, budgeting etc.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: 1–3 years of experience in & analytical role (data analysis, finance, HR analytics or consulting). Bachelors degree in quantitative (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance or Computer Science).
- Analytical: Possesses an analytical mindset with real experience cleaning, organizing and analyzing large datasets
