- Give first-level IT support to Employees through phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnosing the underlying problems in basic hardware’s, Software & Network.
- Create, record and update support tickets in the service desk system
- Help users with password resets, access to their account or installing applications.
- Track, manage and set right technical issues within agreed SLAs (service-level agreement).
- Forward complex technical issues to the right IT support teams.
