- Experienced with: AI Libraries / Frameworks — PyTorch
- AI Agents exposure, tool usage, reasoner machine models
- Desirable to be familiar with tactics like LoRA/PEFT, knowledge distillation reinforcement learning or RLHF/RLAIF
- An ability to read, comprehend and critique a piece of literature or research publication. Hands on experience of implementing ideas from research papers is a big plus.
- Reproducibility of research results and the functional design of controlled experiments.
