- Process and record information on customers.
- Review and validate data in accordance with company instructions.
- Resolve customer concerns within the specified TAT.
- Accuracy and Quality are the standards required for the processing of each transaction.
- SOP and Compliance are the standards required for each transaction.
- Review and respond to each customer request with written correspondence.
