Roles and Responsibilities for Hindi Domestic Voice Process
- Learn to listen and respond in a Hindi language call from the customer and correct information.
- Listen to questions by customers and understand what worries them.
- Respond to the needs of the client in a respectful and courteous manner.
- It can basically be described in the following terms: Product, Product Details, Services, Provide the Services details, Orders, Provide Order details, Processes and provide process information.
- Ensure effective communication and positive customer experience interactions.
- Act professionally with your customers at all times.
- Call – You are responsive with daily guidelines and metrics on your quality and productivity.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Qualification preferably a graduate
- Freshers / 6 months – 1 year experience in Voice Process
