- Have conversations with customers and recommend additional useful products or upgrades.
- Call customers who try the free trial, and convert them to the paid plan.
- Mr Brand said: ‘Assist customers when they encounter problems and handle complaints.
- Respond to customer calls, discuss the product features and promotions.
- Theme and log urgent issues into a central system used to track risk, ensuring the prompt escalation of any issues.
- Enter new customer information into the system and edit any conflicting information.
