What You Will Be Doing As An Client Service Associate
- Manage the workflow through the life cycle of Trades, Cash, Corporate Action and Income products
- Operationally manage and control the daily workflow within the Asset Services team
- Maximize team capacity through effective resource planning and ensure team structure is robust through effective training and succession planning
- Ensure all daily controls and processing are completed and signed off, including client service inquiry resolution, cash and stock break, event management, as well as all key metrics are produced as required
- Manage client requests on custody products and services
- Provide effective communications to the department, ensuring staff are aware of strategic and regulatory changes in the organization
- Conduct ongoing review of content and presentation of Standard Operating Procedures, in line with introduction of new policies and ongoing risk management activities
- Contribute to the strategic development of asset servicing products

Skills Required For Client Service Associate
- Operational subject matter expertise in Reconciliation, Settlements, Trade Support, Asset Servicing, Risk and Control, and Custody
- Strong ability to learn ongoing stream of new markets, products, and processes
- Strong risk and control awareness, including ability to effectively prioritize workloads and work to critical deadlines

- In depth process design and re-engineering with core focus on simplification, data integrity, automated controls and operational efficiency

- 3 – 7 years of applicable business experience with demonstrated expertise in Product Development in Agile / Scrum team environments within Financial Services or Technology firms
- Experience working with business application owners and development teams to document business requirements, lead scope definition, navigate technical implementation, end-to-end testing, and operational readiness.
- Ability to document both business and technical needs including application dependencies and flows
- Exceptional partnership and influence management skills with the ability to ensure results across a large number of matrix and dependency teams
- Required Knowledge of scaled agility frameworks, eg JIRA, kanban methodology
- Analytical mindset with the ability to shape demand and build effective, executable JIRA stories
