Key Responsibilities:
- Review and investigate claims and identify why claims were denied or delayed.
- Take necessary action to resolve the denial/rejection of claims problem.
- Appeals/reconsideration: as appropriate.
- Document any and all follow up in the billing system.
- Use the reports to age the accounts and prioritize the most valuable or the longest outstanding accounts.
- Collaborate with coding, billing and payment posting staff to resolve claims problems.
- Confirm coverage and benefits of the patient when necessary.
- Be above the company’s targets in quality and productivity.
- Refer issues of complex accounts to supervisors or appropriate departments.

- AR Caller (1 to 3) Years – (US Health care)
- Physician Billing
- With minimum 1+ year’s of Healthcare Account Receivable/Collections in a BPO setting or environment (claims payments processing, claims status and tracking, Medical Billing, AR Follow ups, Denials and Appeals-outbound healthcare providers)
