Key Responsibilities:
- Contact the insurance firms to determine the progress of the claims and whether they are paid or not.
- Physician Billing (PB) and Hospital Billing (HB) have Accounts Receivable (AR) work.
- Determine the reasons why a claim was rejected or paid lower than anticipated and address this appropriately.
- Ensure bills outstanding are cleared in time.
- Indicate that the claim is updated and ensure that the system maintains good records.
- Determine the reaction of the customer and respond.
- As needed, take challenging problems to the attention of the appropriate personnel.
- Achieve your daily quality and production targets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Should be a graduate in any field in a known university.
- At least 1-3 years AR calling experience or healthcare RCM experience.
- English (verbal and written) communication skills are compulsory.
- Good understanding of Billing (PB) and Hospital Billing (HB) procedures.
- Experience in US healthcare system, insurance claims, and denial management.
- Skill to make outbound calls confidently and professionally.
