Role & responsibilities Back Office Apprentice
- Excellent communication skills (Written & Oral)
- Strong analytical, logical and reasoning abilities.
- Must have basic knowledge in the use of MS word and MS excel.
- And strong keyboarding skills should be able to switch between a lot of screens quickly, and type at 30WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, multitask, and adapt appropriately to change.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- The position need to be able to take the stress and demand of SLA’s.
Job Description:
- Responsible for the processing workflow allocated as per process SLA and ensures process TAT or EOD deadlines are maintained.
- Achieving personal KRAs by being productive, accurate and product savvy and adhering to schedule.
- Understanding client need and solving queries via e-mails.
- Following company compliances and policies.
