About the RoleWe are looking for a strategic HR person who can partner with business leaders to drive HR best practices in areas such as leadership development, organizational culture, employee relations effectiveness and inclusion in this time of rapid company growth. The HR Business Partner will help drive talent management, organizational development, leading groups and teams as well as incorporating Netflix core values of freedom and responsibility into the way we work. The position also supports change management efforts and consulting in transition.
