Overseeing workloads and processes: Monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT infrastructure and systems.
Installing configuring and updating software hardware and applications
Investigate and troubleshoot issues via the network, server and system.
Work with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
Resolve / work on service request, incidents based on SLAs
Accurately document technical issues, resolutions, and support tasks.
Routine system health checks and preventive maintenance.
