Roles & Responsibilities For Area Sales Manager
- Growth of distribution and market share in the assigned area of operations.
- Visibility & accountability through extensive QR & Sound box deployment and sale of the product
- Identify and recruit the sales team to align and drive business in the market.
- Plan the market size, span and geographies for TLs & FSE.
- Devise best methods for communication of plans/targets to the team so as to minimize the expectations vs delivery gap.
- Monitor the quality parameters as suggested by the management.
- Validate and conduct audits on the acquisitions and sales done by the team.
Roles & Responsibilities For GTM Lead
- Create and manage clear go-to-market (GTM) strategies for launching new products and features.
- Find the right markets, customers, prices, product positions, and ways to stand out from competitors.
- Work closely with teams like Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Make sure everyone agrees on plans, deadlines, and what to focus on.
- Help the sales team with useful tools like messaging, battle cards, and training content.
- Support efforts to create demand, speed up sales, and focus on key accounts.
- Lead product release plans and how products will be given to customers.
- Set up ways to collect customer feedback after product launches.
- Track how well the GTM plans work using numbers like revenue and customer use.
- Research the market and analyze competitors to improve strategies.
- Find new chances to improve product fit or change how it’s presented.
