- Reach out to customers through phone, email and any other convenient communication medium.
- Gazes at customer accounts and identifies overdue invoices
- Keep a record of who has followed up customers for the payment
- Address customer inquiries about invoices, payments and account balances.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Payment reminders and taking follow up on committed payment dates.
