Roles & Responsibilities For Culture Executive

  • Strategic Development of Culture: Foster positive company culture by implementing culture-building strategies which foster inclusivity.
  • Employee Participation: Develop programs and other relevant activities focused on improving participation and satisfaction among employees.
  • Changes in Culture: Focus on activities aimed at managing culture shift during organizational change.
  • Equity, Diversity and Inclusion: Promote inclusion, equity and diversity through sensitization and training initiatives.
  • Communication: Understand each employee and allow empowerment so they can communicate with the head and the management for their cooperation to build trust and alignment.
  • Culture Performance Indicators: Define and assess the organizational culture performance indicators to evaluate the health of the culture within the organization.
  • Teaching and Development: Develop and deliver training programs aimed at improving the mastery of the standards of the organization and the professional skills of the employees.

Roles & Responsibilities For Finance Executive

  • Financial Planning: Formulate and maintain budgets alongside financial forecasts.
  • Reporting: Create complete and precise financial reports and statements for users.

  • Cash Flow Management: Manage, control, and supervise cash flow for operational activities.

  • Overdue Account Management: Create and manage collections policies regarding overdue invoices and debts.
