- Strategic Development of Culture: Foster positive company culture by implementing culture-building strategies which foster inclusivity.
- Employee Participation: Develop programs and other relevant activities focused on improving participation and satisfaction among employees.
- Changes in Culture: Focus on activities aimed at managing culture shift during organizational change.
- Equity, Diversity and Inclusion: Promote inclusion, equity and diversity through sensitization and training initiatives.

- Cash Flow Management: Manage, control, and supervise cash flow for operational activities.

- Investment Oversight: Evaluate and oversee the organizational investments and their impacts.

Roles & Responsibilities For Executive – Accounts Receivable

- Customer Account Adjustment: Variation of customer account records should reflect any found errors, ensuring smooth operations.
