Role & Responsibilities: For International Sales Executive
- Increase sales from SMB clients in your clientele and continuously meet or surpass quota targets.
- Reach quarterly client coverage targets through depth of engagement and customer calls.Reach the objectives of the Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients’ quarterly meetings.
- Increase income in key product areas by utilizing both new and current account connections.Create and implement a business strategy for your book using a variety of tools and procedures for book engagement and segmentation.
- Gain and preserve subject-matter knowledge about Marketing Solutions products. Be an expert at converting your clients’ marketing goals and objectives into workable strategies on Marketing Platform, and use your knowledge of digital media to educate them about their opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities: For International voice
- When engaging with customers, speak English (or other relevant languages) in a straightforward, polite, and eloquent manner.
- Maintain a cheerful and friendly tone throughout the chat.
- Determine and address technical or service-related issues.
- Answer incoming and outgoing calls from customers all over the world.
