As part of this role you will be expected to be responsible for the handling of customer invoices, follow up on any outstanding payments, account reconciliation, collections and financial records. Requires analytical skills, attention to detail, proficient with MS Excel and excellent communication with internal personnel and client. You will be part of a team in the finance department and will work remotely to ensure the financial operations are smooth and any billing problems are resolved.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Analysis : Determine new content sources on the web that can be utilized to expand our content. Also assess web sources that may be added. Develop and provide support to develop operating frameworks for optimal achievement of project objectives.
- Troubleshooting Content Issues : Use your creativity and bring new concepts to the table to address and solve content issues.
- Content Support : You will provide content support in your role as a three tier content support specialist. You will liaise with our internal and external content support teams. You will provide and escalate support by raising and following up on support requests/bugs. Your work will require regular interaction and collaboration with engineers, product managers, and content providers.
- Coordinate with content providers : Regularly follow up with content providers and internal teams to resolve issues. Inform stakeholders / requestors with updates regarding their reported content issues.

- Must be able to work a late shift to support the U.S. revenue team.
