Key Responsibilities:
- Craft visions, strategies, and roadmaps for data-centric products and capabilities, and ensure they are incorporated in line with the enterprise goals
- Convert business needs into precise technical specifications and partner with the Technology teams for successful roll-outs
- Work closely with the Data Office and other business stakeholders for designing and implementing innovative data-centric solutions that fulfill customer needs
- Lead the integration and evolution of data products and platforms within Big Data and Oracle
- Administer extensive data sets for optimal operation, integrity and responsiveness across all data platforms
- Review existing data governance structures, processes and controls and evaluate them to determine gaps, risks and areas for enhancement
- Create and execute plans to improve data governance and protection, access control and compliance
- Create governance and data management documentation and keep it up to date
- Work with all business units and with IT and compliance to ensure standards are agreed and implemented
- Engage with stakeholders in a timely and open manner, and produce updates and recommendations for senior management

- Having Strong Analytical Skills
- Having agile experience
- Effective forensic analysis to detect primary cause
- Excellent in oral and written skills
- Ability to develop relationships and influence others
- Achievement-oriented and well-organized and able to manage conflicting priorities
