Sandvik GET – Overview

Your main responsibilities to handle in this position are

• Along with other managers, ensure safety, employees health & support all the EHS initiatives & keep communicating.
• Force for sales planning with data driven forecast and business insights
• Improve accuracy by analysing and challenging forecasts
• Control demand variability and maintain appropriate stock levels
• Work with Sales, Customer Service and Operations on Product availability
• Participate in S&OP processes and regional planning activities
• Work with real life supply chain, inventory and customer situations

Eligibility

• Bachelors in Mechanical, Industrial, Production or Mechatronics Engg.
• A PG degree gives an added advantage.
• Must have a passion for Supply Chain Management and iinterested in building an career in the field ofSupply Chain.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Musts: You should be good at the teamwork.
• Basic negotiation and influencing skills.
• You should be open to being a part of the 24-month Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) development program
