You should be a good communicator, analytical thinker, and loves to serve patients by providing them with great healthcare billing services. Selected candidates will be accountable for the medical billing claims process as well as follow up on unpaid claims, claim denials and keep AR at an acceptable level. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and work closely with healthcare providers, insurance companies and the internal team to meet billing and collection goals, along with ensuring accurate and compliant with business process. Candidates should feel at ease in the role of dealing with voice-based processes and communicating with insurance agents about unpaid or underpaid insurance claims.

Detailed Responsibilities
- Maintain AR medical billing claims/accounts at an acceptable level.
- They are conducted within teams that process medical billing transactions as well, and aim to achieve team goal In some cases
- To work on denials
- Comprehend all the business rules provided by customer and perform transactions with a high degree of accuracy and within prescribed turnaround time
- It helps to keep AR medical billing claims/accounts within acceptable limits.
Desired Candidate profile :
- 6 months to 2 years of experience as an AR Caller or AR Analyst in US Healthcare Medical Billing.
- Not be perturbed with experience in Physician Bill, Accounts receivable (AR), Denial management.
- Any graduate degree is mandatory.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- You should have excellent typing speed and knowledge of MS office, especially Excel.
- Ready to work on Night Shift (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM or 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM)
- Should be ready to join on immediate basis.
- Willingness to go back to office mode.
- Must be ready to sign for a minimum of 1 year.
