Roles & Responsibilities For Lead / Manager – Business Finance:
- Work with the business to track and plan finances, focusing on improving revenue from ads.
- Provide financial insights to the Ads team to help increase revenue and performance.
- Create and manage revenue and profit forecasts, and analyze ad performance (like CPMs and fill rates).
- Find ways to increase revenue by understanding performance and partner results.
- Work with sales, ad operations, and finance to make sure bookings, payments, and revenue are reported correctly.
- Help manage contracts with legal, business, and finance teams, making sure they follow company rules.
- Assist in finding new ways to make money, including pricing strategies and partnerships.
Skills Required For Lead / Manager – Business Finance:
- Previous experience in business finance or strategic finance with good Excel and analytical skills.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business finance or strategy roles (preferably in businesses with many transactions). An MBA is a plus.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-moving environment.
