Responsibilities of a Relationship Manager
- Hiring- Sourcing, Screening of profiles from junior(initially) to Mid-level vacancies.
- Scheduling of Interviews with stakeholders and follow up for feedback and closures.
- Follow up on documentation for shortlisted candidates and successful onboarding of new joiners.
- Support Regional HR in SE,CSR,H&W, D&I activities done centrally and at regional levels.
