Responsibilities of a Account Relationship Manager

  • Established and maintain relationships with existing client and new customers.
  • Know the financial requirements of customers and provide them investment or financial solutions expected by them.
  • Respond to the queries, complaints & service requests of the clients.
  • Promote the company with its trading accounts, mutual funds, insurance and investment services.
  • Meet Sales, and Revenue Targets assigned by the company.
